Salary: £45,000 per annum + car allowance (£719/month)
Location: Primarily the Borders, with extensive travel throughout Scotland, including offshore work

About the Role:
Are you an experienced engineer looking for a dynamic, mobile role? We are seeking a Reliability/Applications/Service Engineer to join our team. In this fully mobile position, you'll work with a diverse range of clients, including paper mills, car manufacturers, machine shops, offshore facilities, steel plants, and power stations. Your expertise will be crucial in designing, adjusting, and implementing technological products, ensuring their reliability, and providing on-site servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Applications: Collaborate with manufacturers to design, adjust, and implement technological solutions.
Reliability: Analyze product life cycles and recommend improvements to enhance performance and longevity.
Servicing: Provide necessary servicing to maintain optimal product functionality.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience: Strong background in engineering, particularly with a focus on applications and reliability.
Industry Background: While experience in lubrications is not required, candidates with any heavy engineering background will be considered, provided they have applications experience. The product is niche, and all necessary training will be provided.
Offshore Work: Willingness to work offshore on rigs and complete necessary training.
