Field service engineer
Role: Electrical Engineer
Shifts: 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary: £16.50 - £17.50 per hour
Location: Central East Angli, Lincolshire

Location: East Midlands (Lincolnshire & East Anglia)
The Company:
A national engineering company with 3 decades of experience within bespoke design, construction of water, energy, and environmental processing and engineering.
Electrical Engineer Responsibilities:
-
General Electrical duties. Install, Test, Maintain and examination of all current carrying equipment up to 1000v ac, 1200v dc.

Installation of Electrical equipment such as MCC panels, motors, control equipment inc all Electrically operated fixed and portable equipment

Selection and erection of cable handling systems

Fault finding on Electrical equipment
-
Works can be varied and at times may be required to undertake other duties such as assisting Mechanical or Civils engineering staff

Will work away from home on occasions when travelling is not in the best interest of the company, (this will tend to be Monday - Friday, weekends back home)

Understand and sign onto all CPP/RAMS on Site and follow Safe Systems of Work and Risk Assessments.
Electrical Engineer Essential Skills:
-
Electrical apprenticeship or level 3 Electrical qualification as minimum

Confined Space trained (Current)
-
CSCS JIB Card holder
Electrical Engineer Desirable Skills:
-
Lifting operations qualified (CPCS)
-
2391 Test and Inspection
-
Health and Safety trained (IOSH)
-
HV Qualified, assessed and trained
-
SMSTS qualified
