Our client are looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer. The role includes service maintenance, repair, commissioning, and validation services for a wide range of equipment across various key sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Service, maintain, repair, commission, and validate various company-manufactured equipment
Schedule and coordinate work to meet deadlines and ensure optimal equipment performance
Develop and implement test procedures, diagnose issues, and perform necessary repairs
Collaborate with installation and project engineers to troubleshoot and resolve client-site problems
Complete site visit documentation and maintain positive relationships with teams and customers
Contribute to the development and implementation of field service best practices
Required Qualifications:

Proven engineering expertise (preferably with BTECH/ONC qualification in an engineering discipline)
Prior field service experience in a relevant technical field
Flexibility to travel and accommodate occasional customer visits outside regular hours (enhanced overtime rate)
Experience with ISO 9001 Quality systems, GMP conditions, PLC-based control systems, and validation procedures
Salary: £36,000.00-£39,500.00 per year

What's on Offer?

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per year
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
24 days of holiday (plus bank holidays)
Overtime available (paid at enhanced rates)

Free onsite parking

Day shift
Monday to Thursday 0800 - 1600
Friday 0800 - 1400
