As a Field Service Engineer within the National Response Team, you will be responsible for providing high quality field based technical expertise. The main element of this role will be to provide this high level of field-based support direct to customers within the UK.

Working Monday-Friday paying £35,000pa basic with a realistic salary of £45,000+ as well as additional benefits including 25 days holiday plus BH, pension contribution and more.

What do you need?

  • Good Technical Electrical / Electronics skills - Minimum HNC or similar qualification in electromechanical / electrical engineering
  • Ideally experience in a field service role and familiar with all aspects of customer service including commissioning, repairs, and servicing.
  • PLC programming and knowledge of PC hardware an advantage
  • Good PC literacy
  • Good methodical approach to problem solving
  • Full current UK driving licence
  • Good customer service skills
  • Flexibility will be required to work overtime including weekends as required
