I am excited to partner with a leading Renewable Energy company who value the skills of ex-military engineers. They now have an immediate requirement for an electrically biased Field Service Engineer to join their team. The successful Field Service Engineer will be based in or close to Newark, Nottinghamshire and will visit customer sites throughout the UK carrying out the service, maintenance and repair of the company equipment. Candidates must be flexible towards travelling and staying away regularly during the working week.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an electrically biased ex-military engineer who is interested in a career in the Renewable Energy sector. You will be joining a friendly team and a company who values their staff. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • Field Service Engineer Requirements:
  • You will be a qualified engineer with electrical engineering bias.
  • Hold a minimum of level 3 in electrical engineering.
  • It would be advantageous to hold 18th Edition.
  • Mechanical engineering skills.
  • Happy working at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Flexible approach - able to stay away from home overnight.
  • Hold full UK driving licence.

Field Service Engineer Benefits:

  • Salary is £40,000 - £45,000 DOE.
