Catering Engineer

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, variable hours

We are seeking a qualified Catering Engineer to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service background and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside the service team and existing engineers to maintain and service rental assets, including Combi Ovens. While Gas-Safe qualifications are advantageous, comprehensive training is provided to enhance your skills.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Attend sites to install, service, and repair rental Combi Ovens.
  • Upload and maintain asset data using internal systems.
  • Maintain vehicle stock levels to ensure readiness for all assignments.
  • Liaise with office staff to ensure clear and accurate communication with customers.
  • Manage tasks efficiently while upholding high standards of service and safety.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Catering Engineer, particularly with commercial combi ovens.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong independent working capabilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
  • Enhanced DBS check will be required due to the nature of some sites.
