  • £40,000 + £10,000 Bonus

  • Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days working from home following probation period)

As the Filed Team Manager / Regional Manager, you will be based at the Head Office in Stone, responsible for managing and monitoring the performance of a team of up to 15 field agents, around the UK.
  
You’ll use your people management experience to support and monitor the team's performance, giving them the tools to be the best they can be in the role.
 
What you’ll need: 
  • Strong people management experience
  • Filed Team Management or Area Management experience would be desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience of people management processes such as appraisals, 1-2-1’s and performance reviews.
