Our client is currently recruiting for a proactive Filing Clerk on a part time, permanent basis, based in Tilbury.

You will be a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills to manage the office records and assist with messenger duties. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient document management and supporting their daily operations.

You will be required to have previous experience working in an office environment and clerical experience, along with your own vehicle and business car insurance as you will be required to drive for this role.

Job responsibilities will include:

  • Sorting, organising, archiving and maintaining office records accurately
  • Streamlining document filing processes to ensure availability
  • Filing digital and paper documents
  • Maintaining a record of filed and removed documents
  • Processing requests for files and data in a prompt manner
  • Ensuring the security and confidentiality of records

This is an office based role working 3.5 hours per day, 3 days a week.
