Job Description
- Working from instructions/job packs, identifying build mistake and issues before components are sent to pre-packing and shipment
- Reworking SMT and TH components to a high standard
- BGA rework and Xray experience working be highly desirable
- Assisting the Quality and Manufacturing Teams with process improvements
- Identify training and development needs across the shop floor
Final Inspector
Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
- Experience working in electronics inspection
- Experience working to IPC and understand class 2/3 standards
- You have experience developing solutions and managing change in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
