We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Admin to join our Accounting & Finance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance processes, excellent numerical skills, and a passion for promoting financial health within an industrial/manufacturing setting.

Description

  • Project setup
  • Project maintenance
  • Fee forecasting and management
  • Invoice generation and disbursement/third-party recovery
  • Provide regular updates with wider team
  • Monitor incoming transactions to ensure our forecast is correctly reconciled
  • Attend weekly meetings with the wider UK Finance Team

Profile

A successful Finance Admin should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and procedures
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Strong communication skills for presenting financial reports
