We're working with an ambitious, fast-growing Leicester-based business that is undergoing significant expansion through acquisition. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys finance administration but also wants genuine exposure to the wider commercial side of a business.

This role will see you supporting day-to-day finance activities while becoming involved in projects and initiatives that most Finance Administrators rarely get the opportunity to experience.

• Processing expenses and supporting day-to-day finance administration
• Raising invoices and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with company schemes and internal initiatives
• Supporting lease renewals and negotiations
• Getting involved in acquisition activity, including initial stages of commercial discussions
• Working closely with senior stakeholders across various areas of the business
• Taking on ad-hoc projects as the company continues its rapid growth journey

This isn't a position where you'll spend every day solely processing invoices and reconciling accounts.

You'll gain exposure to multiple areas of a thriving business, from commercial negotiations and acquisitions through to operational projects and strategic initiatives. It's the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to broaden their experience and develop a well-rounded business skillset while maintaining a grounding in finance.

• Previous administration or finance administration experience
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels
• A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved beyond your core responsibilities
• Someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment
