Job Title: Finance AdministratorLocation: Runcorn, WA7Salary: £13.58 per hourShifts: Monday- Friday (40hrs per week) 09.00-17.00Contract Type: Temporary with the potential to become permanent.We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Administrator on a temporary contract for our client, a well-established global logistics business.As the Finance Administrator, your duties will be;
  • Accurately entering and managing timesheet data for all employees using Excel.
  • Ensuring that all entries are correct and up to date.
  • Handling miscellaneous tasks as needed, such as raising purchase orders (POs) weekly, ordering uniforms, personal protective equipment (PPE), and managing stock levels.
  • Overseeing and coordinating ferry bookings to ensure smooth operations from start to finish and verifying that all bookings are completed and documented properly.
  • Utilising the in-house system to help plan and allocate work for drivers, ensuring that all drivers are assigned tasks efficiently and schedules are optimised.
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with drivers and other internal team members, ensuring that all parties are informed, and any issues are promptly addressed.
The successful Finance Administrator will have the following skills;
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent MO skills, particularly Excel.
  • Good verbal and written communicator.
  • Dynamic and able to cope with a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and able to deal with challenges and changes.
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management skills.
