We are assisting a leading law firm in London who are seeking a Finance Assistant to join their supportive team on a full-time, permanent basis in their London office! Our client is seeking a bright and enthusiastic individual with an excellent academic background.

Previous accounts or finance experience from a professional services environment will be looked upon favourably - although those from an administrative background working in a fast-paced firm will also be considered. You must have excellent IT skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Excel along with a strong communication style as you will be liaising with Fee Earners.

Duties will be varied and interesting, including:-

  • Supporting purchase ledger services
  • Processing receipts and invoices
  • Assisting with accounts control procedures
  • Bank reconciliation duties
  • Much more!
