Finance Administrator - Part Time
FRS are recruiting a Part-Time Finance Administrator for a business in Coventry who offer a fantastic working environment! The business will consider hybrid working & this will be discussed upon your application!
Working 30 hours per week within a welcoming & friendly finance team, you're position will be a varied Finance Admin role with a core focus on the Sales Ledger / Credit Control. Ideally, candidates will have a couple of years experience within this but more than anything fit well into the close knit team!
Duties Will Include
- Maintaining the sales ledger & processing invoices
- Credit Requests, Credit scoring & Account creation in line with company standards
- Processing & allocation of payments received on to the ledgers
- Reviewing credit limits
- Chasing outstanding debts
- Maintaining the ledger to ensure all accounts are accurate & are maintained within the company’s terms
- Monthly reporting
- Adhoc duties as requested by the Finance Manager
