Finance Administrator

Robert Half are partnered with a Global Organisation to support the recruitment of their new Finance Administrator on a permanent contract. For the right person, the client is offering:

Up to £29,000 plus excellent benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Credit card reconciliations
• Finance query resolution
• Provide support and training to employees where required
• Processing of employee expenses in line with payment run deadlines, ensuring employees are notified of expenses submission deadlines
• Accurately record receipts for both card and cash payments, reconciling accordingly
• Post payments to the general ledger on monthly basis, as well as post accrual journals
• General financial administration as required
• Assisting with audit queries as needed

Person Specification

• Experience working in a similar role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Great communication skills and able to work cohesively amongst a team
