Finance Administrator 

Monday - Friday: 8.00AM - 4.30PM 

Annual Salary of £26,000 

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join our well-established client based in Cheddar, Somerset.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering an excellent annual salary and room to grow and progress.

The role is to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Day to Day Duties

  •  Accurate and timely posting of invoices to the purchase ledger
  •  Credit Control
  •  Dealing with discrepancies
  •  Problem Solving
  •  Filing and Reconciliation
  •  Answering the phones and taking messages

Essential Skills

  • Attention to detail
  • Very strong communication level - excellent telephone manner
  • Successful candidate must have SAGE experience
  • Good organizer and can prioritize workload
  • Good team player and strong team ethos
  • Must have Sage Experience
  • Strong administration skills
  • 5 years’ experience with Sage would be ideal
