Description

  • Managing and maintaining financial records
  • Processing invoices and transactions
  • Assisting with budget preparation
  • Conducting regular financial analysis
  • Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations
  • Collaborating with the accounting team on financial audits
  • Providing administrative support to the Finance department
  • Handling confidential information with discretion

Profile

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

  • A strong understanding of financial and accounting principles
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to work well within a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
