Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Location: Tottenham Hale

5 days a week in office

My client is an exciting business within the media industry which has seen solid growth over the past few years expanding its offering. They are looking for a finance administrator to join their finance team of 3, reporting into the finance manager you will be looking after the transactional finance needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of financial records.
• Managing company payroll for employees.
• Accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with preparation of year-end documentation and figures for finance manager.
• Recording payments and ensuring they are made promptly.
• Liaise with clients for account maintenance and credit control purposes.
• Dealing with company banking matters.
• Carry out general administrative duties.

Profile:

• Solid understanding of basic accountancy practices - AAT desirable
• Experience within a small finance team
• Strong communication skills for client liaison
• Strong adaptability
