My client is an exciting business within the media industry which has seen solid growth over the past few years expanding its offering. They are looking for a finance administrator to join their finance team of 3, reporting into the finance manager you will be looking after the transactional finance needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of financial records.
- Managing company payroll for employees.
- Accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with preparation of year-end documentation and figures for finance manager.
- Recording payments and ensuring they are made promptly.
- Liaise with clients for account maintenance and credit control purposes.
- Dealing with company banking matters.
- Carry out general administrative duties.
Profile:
- Solid understanding of basic accountancy practices - AAT desirable
- Experience within a small finance team
- Strong communication skills for client liaison
- Strong adaptability
