I am currently supporting an exciting hospitality client with a European presence who are looking for a Finance Analyst to join their team! This role has come about due to internal promotion, showing great support for internal growth and career development. They are looking for a diligent individual who can support the business and growth, working closely with the wider business to support with strategic decision-making. This role will be 5 days in the office.
Your new role
Reporting to the CFO, you'll be responsible for:
- Manage the forecasting & budgeting
- Monitor KPI's & business performance
- Support with month end to review & analyse performance
- Actuals vs budget analysis
- Board presentations of monthly analysis
- Financial modelling
- Assisting with M&A projects and fund-raising projects
- Business partnering with various departments
- Ad hoc reports & presentations
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA), this is a must! Hospitality industry experience is a bonus, and if you come from a hospitality background you do not require analysis experience - they will support you in developing these new skills. If you have different sector experience, analysis experience is required. Shorter notice is a preference, but they will definitely wait for the right person!
