Company Overview
You will be joining a well-established, highly regarded, prestigious and globally recognised Education business as their Finance Analyst on a full-time, permanent basis. Part of a high-performing and collaborative team of 9, you will report directly into the SOX Director who will be there to support your transition into the business and continued learning and development. You will be required to attend their luxurious and modern City of London office once a week.

Role Responsibilities
In your new role, you will be responsible for coordinating SOX reporting for international businesses, completing SOX testing/reporting on a quarterly/annual/ad-hoc basis, performing ELCs testing, providing support to international teams, identifying risks and designing/redesigning/implanting existing compliance measures. You will be involved in fixed asset tracking and implementing controls for changes across the business.

Role Requirements
In order to succeed in this role, candidates must be ambitious, driven and enthusiastic individuals who are either actively studying towards a further Accountancy qualification or have a strong desire to begin studying in the near future. Candidates will need to possess at least 6 months of experience in a relevant finance role and be willing to learn Analytical/SOX duties. You will possess the ability to meet tight, conflicting deadlines, handling multiple priorities and perform the job responsibilities with minimal supervision. You will demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills, be a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a results-orientated approach and have a mature attitude. You will have advanced Excel skills and be confident picking up new systems quickly.

In Return
You will receive an annual salary of circa £35,000 (depending on experience) + study support + benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate.
