Finance Analyst

Overview

Due to the evolution of processes and procedures in this dominant manufacturing business, Mitchell Adam are looking for a systems driven Finance Analyst to join our client in the industrial heart of the black country. This role is a group role and will give the successful candidate a multi-faceted position where they will be working with international subsidiaries and assisting with the implementation of a bulletproof new system.

The lucky candidate for this role will be splitting their time evenly between three tasks. You will be working closely with the Financial Controller for the production of the monthly reporting which will include manufacturing specifics such as costing and BOM. The rest of your time will be divided evenly between managing the integration of the IFS system and consistently managing its evolution, and acting as the FDs right hand in assisting with the treasury function.

Skills needed

• You will ideally have had experience in the manufacturing world and have some understanding of costing.
• Be systems minded, with previous exposure working with consultants to implement a new system, as this will be yours to manage.
• Have exposure on treasury, FX and foreign currency ideally. (Although preferred this is not required).
• Be a confident and bubbly individual looking forward to push the business forward!
