Finance Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Finance Analyst to join our Accounting & Finance team. This role requires a deep understanding of financial analysis and business processes within the Manufacturing industry.

Description

* Analyse and interpret financial data to support strategic decision-making.

* Assist with transition of data from the old environment to the new Professional Services Automation systems.

* Assist with weekly business reports analysing chargeable time, revenue, revenue per hour, staff utilisation and capacity and similar monthly reporting for the board packs.

* Assist with analysing the WIP balances, recoverability and trends. Ensuring reconciliations of all WIP on a monthly basis.

* Help develop client profitability reporting and service line profitability

* Assist with Budget process for revenue and contribution reporting.

* Produce forecasting on a rolling quarterly basis

* Build relationships across the business with Partners and senior consultants to be able to effectively challenge and support all areas of the business.

Profile

* A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

* High quality financial modelling and Excel skills. Use of Power BI or equivalent reporting tools

* A highly commercial outlook, comfortable focusing on enhancing performance and identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and margin improvement

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
