Finance Analyst

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently recruiting for an Interim Finance Analyst to join a client based in Stroud for period of circa 2 months. This role is mainly home working with the occasional day in the office.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 2 Months

Salary: Up to £32K (Hourly rate equivalent)

Location: Stroud

Working hours & pattern: 37.5 hours a week - Occasional day in the office, 99% remote working however you can go into the office more if you wish

Responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain key relationships
• Customer communication to assist queries, resolve discrepancies, to facilitate smooth payment processes
• Modelling and forecasting of sales commission schemes for future plans
• Production and payment of commissions statements
• Produce commissions reports and analysis to provide insights into payment trends and other relevant financial metrics
• Regular reconciliations of transactions and financial data

Skills/Experience needed:

• Excellent communication skills - Ability to interact with vendors, colleagues & stakeholders
• High attention to detail
• Analytically minded
• Natural problem solver
• Computer literate
• Proficient using Excel - Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs etc. Experience with Sequel is a bonus.
• Team player
• Self starter & proactive
