Finance Analyst
We are delighted to be working with an independently owned Property business in North West London seeking a finance analyst with a passion for property/real estate and a desire to learn the mechanics of a new business from the ground up. This is a key role as you will be responsible for the processing and execution of all transactions relating to origination through to completion in support of borrowers and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of borrower and investor transactions
- Financial modelling and analysis of the existing portfolio providing data for review by the Head of Finance and Managing Director.
- Undertake analysis by producing accurate financial calculations relating to interest payments.
- Monitor the movement of cash across the business and to external parties
- Perform daily reconciliations, month-end accounting procedures and be responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Provide additional support to the Head of Finance and Managing Director as directed.
You will need
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within Real Estate, Asset management or the property development industry
- Excellent attention to detail
- Expertise in Excel with proficiency in financial modelling.
- Excellent communication skills. An ability to build and foster relationships with stakeholders.
- Be a strong project manager with experience driving operational efficiency
