Are you a finance professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our clients growing team and play a key role in supporting operational functions. This role will suit someone with experience in month end processes looking for a more analytical role.
As a trusted business partner, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders to provide financial insights, track budgets, and support decision-making across critical projects. What You’ll Be Doing


• Acting as a Business Partner to Engineering, Technical, and Design teams
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Assist with preparing management accounts, variance analysis, and reports
• Assisting with Fixed Asset Register updates, Capital Expenditure, and project tracking
• Helping to report and forecast Research & Development costs
• Improving financial processes and identifying areas for cost efficiencies

What We’re Looking For


Qualifications:


• AAT qualified and/or studying for CIMA (or equivalent)

Experience & Skills:


• Hands-on experience with general ledger accounting (prepayments, accruals, journals, etc.)
• Knowledge of Fixed Assets
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar is a plus)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
