About you:?
You are a seasoned Analytics Engineer, who is comfortable with both Python and SQL. You have end-to-end experience of creating analytical data products; extracting data from the source, transforming it and presenting it for use in reports and dashboards. You have experience of data visualization software like Tableau or PowerBI and are an expert in presenting and communicating insights. You have strong communication skills, form good relationships with colleagues and enjoy working with people. You are a pragmatic problem solver with a bias to action and an appetite for getting things done.
Day-to-day, you will:?
•? Create and maintain financial data products, pipelines and reports; including recurring revenue bridge; upsell, downsell and churn reporting; revenue trends, as well as a broad range of tactical and strategic analyses for commercial stakeholders.
• Perform hands-on analysis leveraging SQL, Spark and Python in Databricks, and BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Contribute to change across the Group Finance team and broader, fostering a more data-driven and optimized approach through data insights.
• Identify new opportunities for improvements in how the team leverages financial data and analytics, as well as improvements in processes and systems.
Your skills and experiences might also include:??
• Financial reporting and analytics, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Python, preferably PySpark.
• SQL and databases.
• BI tools, like Tableau and PowerBI
