Job Title: Finance and Banking Manager

Location: Wimbledon (Hybrid Working Available)

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Working Hours: Choose from 8-5pm, 8.30-5.30pm, or 9-6pm

This is a great opportunity to work for a busy, established Estate Agency in South West London!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee finance operations, managing a team of 6-7 Clerks and Admins
  • Supervise payment runs every Monday and Thursday, processing £350-600k weekly
  • Ensure the team processes approximately 650 invoices per week
  • Manage bank reconciliations across 500 accounts
  • Act as a supervisor and mentor for Clerks/Purchase Ledger/Admins
  • Maintain a high level of detail orientation and meet strict deadlines

Requirements:

  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Wimbledon
  • Previous experience in a finance manager role
  • Ideally ACCA qualification minimum
  • Strong people management skills and team player
  • Excellent communication skills and deadline-oriented

Interview Process:

  • 2 stages

Preferred Start Date:

  • End of August with a 1-2 month handover period
