Full Time: Permanent - Hybrid 3 days in the office

Salary : £25,000 - £28,000 + Study Support

VisionFRis looking for a Finance Assistant to become part of the finance team at this fun, lively city based Design agency with offices in USA and Australia.

Ideally you will be an enthusiastic, switched on and proactive team player. Ideally you will have some work experience from an office environment/admin experience.

Finance Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Responding promptly to suppliers and client queries over email
• Raising sales invoices on Paprika & liaising with the client
• Covering the end to end debtor process
• Updating the aged debtors frequently & liaising with the team
• Processing purchase invoices promptly for 5 entities
• Reconciling 10 bank accounts in various currencies daily
• Creating bi-weekly supplier payment runs
• Setting up payments in the bank for the FD to authorise
• Monthly credit card reconciliations across 3 currencies
• Assist Management accountant and Finance Director with end of month process

Finance Assistant Key Attributes Required:

• Will have a can do attitude
• Looking to study an accountancy qualification - AAT, CIMA, ACCA
• Paprika is an advantage but not essential
• Ideally you will have some experience in a similar role
• Good A Level results / University Degree
• Good communication skills
• Reliable
• An interest in the creative sector
