Great opportunity to join a leading service and education business working closely with the Senior Finance Team. This is a part time role and would suit an experienced bookkeeper, finance assistant or accounts professional who is looking for a flexible work pattern. The role is also home-based and if you can commit to four hours a day, you can work these hours around your weekly schedule. There will be occasional in-person meetings with the team - expenses paid for travel.

To apply for this role, you should have a solid understanding of accounting practices with proven experience in bookkeeping including purchase and sales ledger, bank reconciliations, payments and general ad-hoc accounting tasks. You should have excellent excel skills, ideally including pivot tables and formulas and possess good attention to detail. In addition to your accountancy / bookkeeping skills, you should be able to communicate at all levels and enjoy working in a dynamic and diverse environment as you will be working with people on a worldwide basis. Knowledge of Xero accounting system is beneficial although not essential if you have working knowledge of other IT based accounting packages.
