Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be recruiting for a Finance Assistant for one of our partnership clients in South Sheffield. They are looking initially looking for someone on a temporary basis but they can offer the role permanently for the right candidate.   You would be joining a close knit and supportive finance team and working closely with the Finance Manager.

Key responsibilities  

• Checking client care plans against invoices and the balances on their accounts
• Posting of income and expenditure
• Extracting information from invoices and inputting on a spreadsheet
• Monitoring inbox
• Reconciliations and queries
• Invoicing
• General support across the finance function
• General administration duties

To be successful considered for this role, you will bring the following experience / skills:

• Ideally AAT qualified / QBE with relevant experience
• Ability to prioritise your workload and work well under pressure 
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables
