Jenson Fisher are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join our client in Glenrothes. Working as part of a small team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to the business with a key involvement across accounts payable, banking and accounts administration.

As the ideal candidate, you will have experience in a busy accounts department and possess first class communication skills alongside strong attention to detail. On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:
  • Purchase ledger processing.
  • Posting bank transactions.
  • Invoice finance administration.
  • Daily use of Sage Accounts and Microsoft Excel.
  • Operating across multiple currencies including GBP, Euro and USD.
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Providing administrative support to the finance team
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you meet the following criteria:
  • Previous experience working in a busy finance department.
  • Excellent levels of accuracy when processing financial information
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
