Your responsibilities will include:

• Credit control
• Purchase ledger reconciliation
• Monthly sales invoicing
• Purchase invoicing and purchase ordering
• Timesheet reconciliation
• Payroll administration and acting as payroll deputy
• General administrative tasks, including filing and shredding
• Possible site visits to support other General Managers within the Group
• Ad hoc duties to support the Group Finance Director and accounts team, with the potential to take on two of the company’s management accounts

Key skills, competencies, and qualifications we're looking for:

• Capability to work both in a team and independently
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience with Sage
• Payroll experience
