A client of Three Bridges Recruitment is seeking a talented Finance Assistant for a great 2-month fixed-term contract role. This is an exceptional chance for you to be part of a bustling accounts payable team in a dynamic business based in Edinburgh City.

Job

Processing of purchase ledger including matching, batching, and coding invoices

  • Ensuring proper authorisation of all invoices via the AP system
  • Reconciliation preparation
  • Interaction with suppliers and generation of supplier statements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Building and maintaining relationships with staff across departments
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks

You

  • Capable of starting mid July
  • Experienced in performing the listed job responsibilities
  • Confident in basic Microsoft Excel use
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced commercial setting
  • Highly organised
  • Positive and proactive attitude
