Job
Processing of purchase ledger including matching, batching, and coding invoices
- Ensuring proper authorisation of all invoices via the AP system
- Reconciliation preparation
- Interaction with suppliers and generation of supplier statements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Building and maintaining relationships with staff across departments
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
You
- Capable of starting mid July
- Experienced in performing the listed job responsibilities
- Confident in basic Microsoft Excel use
- Adaptable to a fast-paced commercial setting
- Highly organised
- Positive and proactive attitude
