Location: Farringdon - Hybrid 3 days in the office

Permanent: Full Time

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience

VisionFR is looking for a Finance Assistant to join our client, a well-established Communications Consultancy. You’d work in a close knit team of 4 in the finance team covering the day to day responsibilities and supporting the wider business.

Finance Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier invoice processing , posting staff expenses
• Preparing supplier payment runs
• Statement reconciliations
• Solve supplier queries
• Raising client invoices in a timely manner
• Liaising with account managers regarding billing schedules / instructions and solve any issues
• Proactive credit control
• Reconciliation of projects
• Bank Reconciliations

Finance Assistant Key Attributes Required:

• Experience in a similar role covering AP or AR
• Accounting and Finance Graduate - achieving a minimum of 2:1
• Keen to study further
• Paprika Software experience highly desirable
• A self-starter, self-motivator and proactive
• Able to work autonomously and within a team
• Organised and a multi-tasker with strong prioritisation skills
