  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: £25K - £32K
  • Location: Reigate, Surrey
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Overview:

Join our growing team as a Financial and Helpdesk Assistant. This dual-role position is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with experience in finance and customer service. As an Employee-Owned company, you’ll play a vital role in our success and have a real say in our direction.

Financial Assistant Responsibilities:

- Assist with annual audits and monitor invoicing.

- Manage supplier ledger, process expenses, and handle timesheets.

- Conduct reconciliations and prepare supplier payments.

- Support month-end close and contribute to process improvements.

Helpdesk & Contract Support Responsibilities:

- Handle general administration and financial tasks.

- Coordinate job logistics and liaise with clients and contractors.

- Maintain job tracking systems and support subcontractor access.

Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in finance roles, with a preference for candidates with a background in SMEs.

- Proficient with Sage 50, Sage Payroll, and Microsoft Excel.

- Knowledgeable in CIS, Reverse Charge VAT, and bank reconciliations.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
