Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a leader in their field who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a brand new role due to growth within the company where you will be reporting in to the AP Manager, you will need experience in AP and due to the location you will need to be able to drive.

Day to day of the role:

  • Code invoices accurately to ensure proper tracking and reporting.
  • Assist with the production of financial reports, especially during month-end and year-end periods.
  • Ensure all supplier statements are reconciled and checked for any invoices over 30 days old.
  • Manage high volume contracts and invoices efficiently.
  • Reconcile supplier statements against the ledger to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage the accounts payable inbox, ensuring timely processing of e-mail and web ordering.
  • Handle high volume purchases with precision and accuracy.
  • Directly enter invoices and purchase orders into the system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in an account's payable role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong numerical skills and proficiency in financial management.
  • Excel skills:
  • Ability to manage high volumes of financial data and transactions.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
