We’re on the hunt for a meticulous and proactive Finance Assistant to become an integral part of our client's dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the heartbeat of the financial operations, ensuring the precision of the financial data, overseeing sales invoices, securing prompt payments, and delivering stellar customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Craft and expedite sales invoices with pinpoint accuracy.
• Guard the integrity of our sales ledger and ensure accounts receivable are reconciled with regularity.
• Vigilantly monitor customer accounts for on-time payments and diligently pursue overdue invoices.
• Analyse study budgets and implement study financials within our system.
• Disseminate monthly statements to our valued customers.
• Contribute to financial reporting that underpins our sales and accounts receivable insights.
• Support audit activities and play a key role in addressing findings.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Solid background as a Sales Ledger/Credit Control Clerk.
• AAT qualification or equivalent finance certification (desirable).
• Experience with a medical background or a related sector.
• Mastery of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
