CMA are collaborating with a growing business on an exclusive basis to recruit a Finance Assistant on temporary to permanent basis.  The business are going through unprecedented growth and this role is available due to the growth they are experiencing. Reporting into the Finance Manager you will be given a unique opportunity to learn and develop.

What will the Finance Assistant role involve?

  • Bookkeeping duties for internal and external customers;
  • Bank reconciliations;
  • Purchase ledger;
  • Payment runs daily;
  • Sales ledger;
  • Credit Control via email;
  • Adhoc duties as required.

Suitable Candidate for Finance Assistant role:

  • Previous bookkeeping experience; 
  • Xero experience would be advantageous but not essential;
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work within a team;
  • Excellent IT Skills including Intermediate Excel.
