Do you enjoy working as part of a small team and taking ownership and responsibility? Then this job could be perfect for you.

As a Finance Assistant, you will work as part of a team of 3 people, supporting the Head of Finance alongside another member of the finance team.

You will be Using Sage Line 50, you will take responsibility for managing all aspects of both purchase and sales ledgers for the company's operations in the UK and the US.

You will process supplier invoices, reconcile supplier statements and organise payment runs. You will raise sales invoices, issue customer statements, and ensure prompt payments are received. You'll also manage the allocation of payments and receipts in GBP, US Dollars, and Euros.

You will have a "can-do" attitude and an ability to talk to people. You will liaise with colleagues internally and customers and suppliers externally, so it's important that you enjoy dealing with people.

You may be studying towards your AAT or you may be simply qualified by experience, that's fine too!
