Search Recruitment are partnering with an established and growing business to recruit a Finance Assistant in Stirling with hybrid working. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll join a supportive team and be responsible for supporting the transactional finance function. If you're a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships and looking to join a business that values its people, you'd be encouraged to apply.

Your key responsibilities will include:


* Match and process invoices.
* Manage purchase ledger.
* Manage weekly payment runs.
* Adhere to payment terms.
* Accurately log and help resolve queries.
* Handle one-off payments.
* Perform daily bank reconciliations.
* Process and pay monthly expenses.
* Conduct statement reviews.
* Assist colleagues as requested.
* Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Skills and experience you'll ideally have:

* Previous experience in a high-volume transaction processing department.
* Ability to meet agreed deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Team player.
