Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working with our long established client based in Dundee to recruit a Finance Assistant on a permanent, full time basis. Reporting into the Company Accountant, the Finance Assistant will play a key role in assisting with daily financial requirements alongside supporting during the month and year end processes.

On a daily basis your responsibilities will include:
  • Purchase ledger processing.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Reconciling supplier statements and coding invoices as required.
  • Accounts receivable including issuing statements and resolving invoice queries.
  • Assist with monthly reporting and periodic requirements including VAT returns.
  • General accounts administration as required by the Company Accountant.
  • Daily use of Sage and Microsoft Excel.
To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have previous experience working within a busy finance department where you have contributed to ensuring deadlines are met. The successful incumbent will receive a competitive salary and benefits package alongside free parking and a company pension scheme.
