A construction company is looking for a new member to join the small finance team.
Your new role

  • Input of supplier invoices onto our PaperLess system to multiple related companies
  • Input of Expenses
  • Input of weekly Sub-Contractor Payroll
  • Credit Card Processing
  • Supplier statement reconciliation & dealing with Supplier Queries
  • Weekly Supplier payment runs
  • Some credit control duties
  • Provide support to the Team
  • General administration, including answering the telephone
  • VAT returns
  • Some reporting duties
  • Assistance with Management Accounts

What you'll need to succeed
Sage experience is a benefit but not a requirement.Payroll experience is helpful but not essential.Good Excel skillsCandidates need to be organised and have good attention to detail.Must have good spoken and written EnglishGood communication skills as the candidate will need to converse with people across different companies and at all levels.
