Description

  • Assisting with preparation of monthly financial statements.
  • Compiling and analysing financial information to prepare entries to accounts.
  • Performing day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities.
  • Working on accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Supporting the finance team in creating budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensuring compliance with organisational financial policies and regulations.
  • Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance department to enhance financial procedures.

Profile

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
  • Experience using Sage
  • High proficiency in MS Office
  • Great organisation skills

Job Offer

  • Part-time hours (2 - 3 days)
