The Role
As a Finance Assistant, you will play a vital role in the finance team, responsible for the day-to-day administration and transactional accounting tasks. This role offers hands-on experience in various financial operations, contributing to the efficient management of the financial process.
Key Responsibilities
Handling credit control activities to ensure timely payment collections
Performing bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
Processing payments and invoices in a timely and efficient manner
Assisting the Accounts Assistant and Accounts Manager with various accounting tasks
Contributing to month-end and year-end financial processes
Providing general administrative support to the finance team as needed
Desirable Skills
At least 1 year of experience in a similar finance role
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
Excellent communication and organisational skills
