£180-292K plus bonus and excellent benefits package.
To be successful in this role:
You will be qualified as a solicitor in the UK with 1-5 years of PQE specialising in Finance. Previous experience in a Top Big Law or Magic Circle firm is preferred although exceptional candidates from large regional or boutique firms with relevant experience will also be considered. Other requirements for this role include:
- Demonstrated ability in drafting and negotiation, with a keen eye for detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Strong academic background, with excellent academic credentials from a reputable university or law school

Job role and responsibilities:
As a Finance Associate, you will handle a variety of leveraged finance matters, including acquisition finance, structured finance, and syndicated lending, with precision and efficiency. Other responsibilities for this role include:
- Engage in drafting and negotiating a wide range of legal documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and ancillary agreements
- Assume significant responsibility within the team, managing client relationships, supervising junior associates, and leading deal negotiations
- Contribute to the dynamic and international practice of the firm by staying abreast of legal developments, participating in client development initiatives, and collaborating with colleagues across offices and practice areas
