This role seeks a dedicated Finance Business Partner for a 12-month contract, to provide strategic financial guidance. The successful applicant will be expected to work collaboratively within the Accounting & Finance department at a renowned institution in Oxford.

• Provide strategic financial advice and direction to departments.
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to drive financial performance.
• Ensure financial compliance and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies.
• Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts.
• Engage in budget planning and management.
• Participate in financial audits.
• Support the team in the creation of financial models and analysis.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• Qualified Accountant or qualified by extensive experience in finance
• Exceptional business partnering experience
• Able to commute to central Oxford office
