Are you an experienced Finance Business Partner seeking a new role in a well-known Charity? Are you a first-class communicator who is able to partner with commercially minded stakeholders to provide robust financial management? Robertson Bell are partnering with a fantastic charity to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a 12-month contract. The role will act as the face of finance for the Fundraising team, working in Central London on a hybrid basis.

The main responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner include:

  • Partner with stakeholders in the Fundraising team to regular reporting on financial positions, budgets and analysis.
  • Produce monthly management accounts, including gathering data to provide insightful commentary.
  • Support the Head of Financial Planning with regular forecasting and supporting the business planning process.
  • Develop KPI and reporting tools to identify trend analysis and improve the financial literacy of budget holders.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Able to demonstrate at least three years experience providing a focused Finance Business Partnering service.
  • Interested in working within the not for profit sector.
  • Technically strong on leading month end and producing management comments.
  • An excellent written and verbal communicator.
