My client an award winning growing global travel firm are seeking a FP&A Analyst/Finance Business Partner to join their friendly team for a period of 12 months.

Salary up to 65K + excellent benefits including hybrid working.

Day to Day responsibilities:

  • Create and oversee financial models for analyse operational performance and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement.
  • Spearhead initiatives for cost containment and optimisation.
  • Deliver precise and actionable financial reports along with recommendations to management.
  • Assume a pivotal role in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Support decision-making processes through financial analyses.
  • Recognise potential risks and opportunities within operations and propose improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to understand their financial requirements and offer timely, data-backed insights.

You must have:

  • Degree / certification holder for FBP
  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A results-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused approach.
