Finance Business Partner

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients based in Cambridge who are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner on a full-time permanent basis. Our client can offer an excellent benefits package and a flexible hybrid working model. To be successful, you will have experience working in a similar position.

Typical duties include:

- Supporting non-finance stakeholders by providing financial insight to impact decision making

- Monthly budgeting and forecasting

- Identifying opportunities to support growth and providing variance analysis against budgets

- Interpreting large volumes of data and providing analysis to both finance and non-finance colleagues

- Presenting to senior members of the business to suggest potential improvements and how these can be implemented

- Performing any other ad-hoc duties to support the wider team

You will have:

- Finance/Accounting Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)

- Experience in a similar role with a commercial bias

- Strong communication skills (Both written and verbal)

- Ability to manage your own workload effectively
