Finance Business Partner

As part of the
continued evolvement and growth of the
Finance Team at St Austell Brewery, we are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner (Central)
who will partner directly with our CFO and People Director, supporting them with
making organisational people and pay related strategic decisions.

You will be
confident at providing business partnering through the provision of timely and
accurate reporting of financial information. As part of the operational finance team, your primary role will be the consolidation of
monthly management accounts, forecasting, budgeting and 3-year plan.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide a deep level
of overhead and on cost analysis to identify trends, patterns, opportunities,
and risks and will make recommendations, positively challenging where required to
ensure optimal future-proof commercial decisions within your business area.

This role is hybrid
but will require you to work from St Austell Brewery at least 3 times a week depending on projects.

About you

• Management accountant – qualified or by experience
• ACCA/CIMA or AAT.
• Demonstratable
  experience at the same level in a fast paced business, ideally with experience
  of a business in growth
• Experience with
  financial software; Navision or MS Dynamics an advantage.
• Able to use data and information to influence decision
  making
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic
  environment
• Able to confidently challenge as SME
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Proficient with Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail
